Senior Private Client Lawyer 

Hove – East Sussex

Are you an experienced Private Client Lawyer seeking a dynamic role with the opportunity to manage high-quality legal matters while working in a supportive, forward-thinking environment?

This position offers a varied and engaging workload, including:

• Managing time effectively to meet chargeable and non-chargeable hour targets
• Handling case files, drafting legal correspondence, collating evidence and preparing cost letters
• Acting as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding
• Managing sensitive legal documentation with absolute confidentiality
• Meeting with clients to take instructions, assess cases and develop legal strategies
• Representing clients in accordance with their instructions and interests
• Overseeing support services, including supervision of Paralegals and Legal Secretaries
• Financial management, ensuring accurate billing and strong cash flow control
• Keeping clients informed with regular updates on case progress
• Addressing client queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Submitting required legal documents to court ahead of trial proceedings

You will have:

• Legal qualifications and a strong track record in Private Client Law
• Experience using case management systems for efficient workflow
• High-level computer literacy and attention to detail
• Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated specialist knowledge in Private Client matters
