Full Time | Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week
Location: King's Lynn / Dereham (covering Norfolk & North Suffolk)
Salary: £37,534 per annum, rising to £43,530 with progression

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and void properties
Completing domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
Undertaking void property rewires and upgrades
Delivering reactive maintenance across social housing stock
Providing a professional, tenant-focused service always
Participating in an on-call rota (with additional payments)What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
AM2
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience within domestic, housing association, or property maintenance environments
A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills(DBS check required)
