The Role - education and training sector

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with SEN
• Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly

The Ideal SEN Class Teacher - Stevenage

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)
• Patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
