We are looking for an experienced Software Developer for a growing Medical Software business.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a close-knit, collaborative Development Team, working on some complex projects, where problem solving is of high importance.

To be considered for this role you'll need commercial experience in C# / .NET Development

Tech Stack:

* C# / .NET (.NET Core ideally)

* UI Development (WPF / XAML / MVVM)

* Entity Framework

* API Design & Development

* OOP

* SQL

* Git / TFS

* Android

* Desirable skills include Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & Azure DevOps

Role Overview:

* Design & architecture of applications and design/development of user-facing applications

* Building reusable code libraries

* Testing, validation and optimisation

* Cross application functionality

* Documenting

* Problem solving and investigation

* Peer code reviews

* Requirements gathering (ad-hoc)

* Learning and upskilling into new technology

You'll be joining an established Employee owned business (EBT), based in a great location in Kendal / Cumbria. They boast an almost unheard-of staff retention record due to the variety and progression within the role. Salary is £35K-£55K, plus bonus (usually over 30%), annual pay review + annual cost of living increase to salary. Medical & pension. You'll be able to work from home 2 days a week and get full home office kit provided.
