Key Responsibilities:

*

Promote positive change in people's lives using social work methods, models, and tools.

*

Support adults to maximise independence and manage risks of abuse and neglect.

*

Make professional judgements within legal and policy frameworks.

*

Carry out assessments of care and support needs, plan services, and review outcomes.

*

Undertake safeguarding enquiries, support colleagues in enquiries, and help adults create and implement safeguarding plans aligned with their wishes and circumstances.

Essential Requirements:

Degree in Social Work and SWE registration.

*

At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care.

*

Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and safeguarding practice.

*

Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK.
