The Role
We are currently seeking a fully qualified and experienced Electrician to join our expanding team across the London area. This is a field-based role, focused on inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at client sites, primarily in North London.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on electrical services in accordance with BS-7671.

*

Complete electrical installations and issue relevant certification and reports for works carried out.

*

Repair and replace electrical accessories including lighting, power, and emergency lighting systems.

*

Estimate materials and recommend necessary acquisitions for successful project delivery.

*

Maintain stock and manage inventory in company vehicle.

*

Ensure safe use of tools and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety standards.

*

Remove electrical waste from site for proper disposal.

*

Work in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Essential:

*

City & Guilds 2367 or 2357, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

*

City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) in Electrical Inspection & Testing

*

Certification in BS7671 - 17th or 18th Edition

*

Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified electrician

*

Full clean UK manual driving licence

*

Valid CSCS or ECS card

*

Strong safety awareness and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

*

Competence using IT systems, tablets, and digital communication tools

Desirable:

*

Experience in the social housing sector

*

IPAF and PASMA certifications

*

First Aid qualification
