Specialist Resource Provision Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term) - Welwyn Garden City

Are you seeking a rewarding specialist support role within a newly established, fully resourced provision?

Our client, a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school, has recently launched a brand-new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) designed to support up to 12 pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) from across the local area and primary phase. This purpose-built provision has been carefully developed to meet the needs of children with speech, language and communication needs and/or autism, enabling them to thrive within a mainstream school environment while receiving targeted support.

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and committed SRP Teaching Assistant to join this exciting new provision. The successful candidate will work closely with the SRP Lead, Senior Leadership Team, Inclusion Lead, and SENCo to support the delivery of high-quality, tailored education. This is a fixed-term position linked to the support of an individual pupil and will include elements of 1:1 support.
