🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver building surveying instructions across commercial portfolios

* Undertake dilapidations and contract administration

* Prepare surveys, PPM schedules and technical reports

* Provide due diligence for investor and occupier clients

* Support team growth and client development

✅ Requirements

* MRICS qualified in Building Surveying

* 1-2 years post-qualification experience

* Commercial sector experience

* Strong technical and reporting capability

* Confident in client-facing delivery
