Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join on a permanent basis.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for electrical and mechanical works as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of moulds and carry out necessary repairs or modifications to ensure they function correctly.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of roto moulding equipment, including roto moulding machines, ovens, and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, processes, or product quality.
• Collect and analyse process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Keep accurate records of process parameters, material usage, and quality control.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years as an electrical maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical, problem solving and communications skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc).
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
• Fabrication of new pins and breathers.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Undertaking scheduled Maintenance.
