We're working with a well-established business in the luxury sector to recruit an experienced, customer-focused Project Administrator to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract.

Based at their modern offices in Crawley, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside consultants and clients, ensuring a seamless project experience from start to finish. The role requires a confident communicator who thrives on detail and enjoys delivering nothing less than perfection.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support to the sales team and account managers
Raise sales orders, quotes, and manage project documentation
Liaise with internal teams to keep clients updated throughout each stage
Accurately schedule activities and maintain data in the CRM system
Respond quickly to client and consultant queries with clear, detailed information
What we're looking for
Proven experience in project administration or sales support
Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident handling multiple projects and working to high standards
Professional, polished, and able to build trusted relationships with both colleagues and HNWI clients
The Package:
Starting salary of £35,000pa
Monday-Friday working hours (7:30am-4:30pm)
