As a Billing Administrator you will support the finance function by managing invoicing processes and assisting with a range of administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing:

• Raising and processing a high volume of invoices (800+ per month) accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the accounts function with invoicing and finance-related activities
• Working closely with operational and finance teams across the organisation
• Updating client information via internal systems, telephone and email communication
• Handling incoming calls and responding to queries appropriately
• Assisting with administrative tasks and projects to support the invoicing team

What do you need?

• Previous experience working within a finance or accounts team
• Knowledge of accounting processes and functions
• Experience using accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• A proactive, flexible attitude with a team-focused mindset
