RSD Recruitment is expanding and we are looking for a professional & driven individual to generate new business in new markets. You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and using your initiative to identify opportunities and covert them into qualified vacancies for the Recruitment Specialists to turn into revenue. Working closely with your Managing Director/Divisional Manager, you will strategise a business plan with scope to attack a new market, in turn driving revenue and maximising profits. You will be targeted on new vacancies and customers won, therefore it's important you are a hungry and driven sales person with a burning desire to succeed.
What we're looking for:
You will have a passion for sales and developing excellent relationships with clients. You'll have the ambition and confidence to take a relatively new operation up a notch, whilst being motivated to learn and to further develop your skills. Enthusiasm, resilience and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to inspire and persuade others. You'll have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
