Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or equivalent
Experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 1 (preferred, not essential)
Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing, inclusive teaching style
A reflective and adaptable practitioner with a commitment to continuous development
