Job Type: Contract, FullTime

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum

A leading manufacturer of specialist equipment to the aerospace, automotive and engineering sectors is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work on 12-15 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for operation of purchase order system, customer order progress and documentation. Candidate must be available to start at short notice, have a strong administration and communication skills and have worked in a fast-paced environment.

Commutable from: Halesowen, Birmingham, Wolverhampton

Salary: £ 20,000 - £ 23,000 p.a. + Benefits

Suitable for: Administrator, Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Logistics Administration.

The Role

Create purchase orders as required

Raising quotes and Invoicing

Answering calls/ Customer follow up/feedback

Create delivery notes for good dispatch

Arrange collection, receipt of goods and delivery logistics

Maintain customer databases

Collate and dispatch of completed orders

Provide support to Sales team in holiday or absence

General office administration duties

The Person

Experience of working in a similar position

Organised and meticulous with a high attention to detail

Ability to respond to challenging customers in a polite and professional manner

Motivated individual with a can do attitude

Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
