Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

With multiple live refurbishment projects across Commercial, Education, Heritage, Industrial and Residential, this role offers you full commercial control and the chance to lead from the front.

Role

- Manage commercial aspects of 2-4 live projects

- Report directly to the Commercial Director

- Oversee contracts and subcontractor accounts

- Mentor Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors

- Ensure compliance with internal systems and documentation standards

- Collaborate with operational teams for seamless project delivery

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role

- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

- Commercially astute and highly organized

- Skilled in mentoring and supporting junior staff

- Strong interpersonal skills to nurture client and team relationships
