Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a high-performing team across diverse care settings?

Due to continued success our client is expanding thier specialist services and looking for a confident, values-driven leader to oversee the operational delivery of care for both children and adults with complex needs. This role offers a genuine opportunity to influence service development, shape staff culture, and ensure outcomes that matter to those they support.

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading multi-site care services to deliver safe, effective, person-centred support

* Ensuring full CQC compliance and preparing for inspections

* Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead, embedding a safeguarding-first culture

* Recruiting, developing and supervising a growing team of care professionals

* Overseeing performance, training (including NVQ progress), and disciplinary matters

* Managing rotas and ensuring seamless 24/7 care delivery across locations

* Driving service improvement via audits, reviews, and stakeholder feedback

* Working closely with commissioners, families, and external agencies

* Supporting digital system adoption and data compliance under GDPR

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven track record as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
✔ Experience working with LD, autism, complex behaviours, or mental health
✔ Confident in leading through CQC inspections with “Good” or better outcomes
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
✔ Strong safeguarding, risk management, and compliance knowledge
✔ Skilled at leading multidisciplinary teams and developing inclusive support plans
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written, digital
