Deputy Manager - Barry, Vale of Glamorgan (CF62)

We're recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager for a multi-site role within the CF62 postcode, just 10 minutes' drive from Barry town centre. You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, making a real difference in their lives every day.

What you'll do:

* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers

* Provide 1-1 support and promote independence and well-being

* Work across multiple residential and respite sites within the CF62 postcode

* Be part of an on-call system

* Support service users with challenging behaviours in a rewarding, varied role

What we're looking for:

* QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with willingness to work towards Level 4

* Driver essential for multi-site working

* Positive, professional, and people-focused

* Confident with electronic systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel
