We wish to appoint a creative and proactive senior leader to develop and implement our vision of delivering a high-quality and well-coordinated student experience.
The appointee will work closely with other key leaders to facilitate the best possible student experience, developing students inside and outside of the classroom.
A key driver is to match our excellent outcomes with an excellent student experience where students have access to a personal development programme and support services linked to their course and individual ambitions, within a safe and secure environment.
Working in partnership, internally and externally, the post holder will significantly influence the delivery of a high-quality education and training experience for all students, expecting excellence in all that we do. About the Person

- Significant experience of the strategic and operational planning and management of a range of successful student support functions aligned to the roles and responsibilities of the post
- Experience of successfully establishing and implementing productive relationships with appropriate external agencies
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Commitment to a high-quality experience for all students
- Significant understanding of issues affecting students in post 16 education
- A recognised qualification or significant experience of working in a relevant area including safeguarding, pastoral support, health and wellbeing, social care, IAG, learning support, education or management
- Broad knowledge of key issues facing FE and HE
