Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Milnrow

Pay Rate: £104 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time (long-term opportunity)

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide targeted support, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development

Work one-to-one or with small groups to reinforce learning

Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Provide support for pupils with SEND where required

Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom

Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An understanding of SEND and differentiated support strategies

A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
