Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. You will engage with potential clients, identify their business needs, and introduce the firm's professional services to help support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to develop long-term partnerships.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present suitable professional service solutions.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing opportunities.
Attend networking events and business meetings to represent the firm and promote its services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions within the CRM system.
Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
