Accounting Clerk


Review and process incoming invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data

Reconcile accounts and review vendor statements

Verify discrepancies and resolve issues

Assist with accounts receivable, answering phones, and other tasks as needed



  Ability to easily learn company specific information systems

  Able to quickly and accurately enter data
  Works well in a team environment
  Adept at multi-tasking

  Strong customer service skills
  Able to work with a diverse group of people


An Associates degree is preferred or equivalent from a two year college or technical school as well as at least one year experience in accounts payable.  Applicant must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Experience with Great Plains is a plus.
