Residential Property Lawyer - Solicitor / CILEx / CLC

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE, pro rata)
Hours: Full-time (Flexible and part-time considered)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-established and growing law firm in the heart of Bath. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services in residential conveyancing and is looking to expand its dedicated team.
The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Right to Buy and Shared Ownership
Transfers of Equity
Managing both registered and unregistered property matters
You will collaborate closely with the firm's directors, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and the firm's ongoing success. The firm values your professional development and is committed to providing the right support and flexibility for you to grow your career.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor, CILEx, or CLC with solid experience in residential property law
Ability to manage a diverse caseload from start to finish
Strong communication and organisational skills
A client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
