About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and safety‑driven Ganger to lead a small team delivering essential civil and drainage works. You'll oversee day‑to‑day site activities including excavations, manhole repairs, installations, and general drainage network maintenance.

In this hands‑on role, you'll ensure the team works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while supporting project delivery across multiple active sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a small team of operatives on civil and drainage projects.
Oversee daily site tasks such as excavations, reinstatement, repairs, and installations.
Carry out daily risk assessments and maintain safe working environments.
Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment requirements.
Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.What You'll Bring

Experience in groundworks, utilities, or civil environments.
Strong communication and team‑leadership skills.
Full clean UK driving licence.
Desirable (not essential): NRSWA (Streetworks), Cat & Genny, or similar utility‑sector training
