An established multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Planning Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of projects in renewable energy, Net Zero infrastructure, residential, and commercial sectors. The company offers strong mentorship, project ownership, and the chance to be part of a supportive and collaborative national planning team.

Responsibilities

* Manage and prepare planning applications and supporting documents

* Conduct site appraisals, feasibility reviews, and policy research

* Prepare discharge of Planning Condition submissions

* Liaise with clients, LPAs, and attend site visits across the UK

* Prepare Environmental Statements (EIA)

Requirements

* Experience in a planning role (consultancy preferred)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Experience completing planning statements and project management

* MRTPI status

* UK driving licence
