Other requirements of the Customer Service role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus
- Must be willing to obtain your Licenses in Property & Casualty and/or Life
- Previous telemarketing, sales, customer service, retail, or related experience
- Prior Insurance Sales and Customer Service experience, a plus
- Outstanding business development skills and relationship building skills
- Data entry and typing skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Acceptable driving record
