Our client, a growing organisation operating across the UK, is seeking an Administrator to join their fun and friendly Admin Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that rewards hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of projects, consistently exceeding quality benchmarks.
Handle phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Perform email correspondence, promptly and effectively.
Assist colleagues with various tasks, utilising Microsoft Word and Excel.
Provide general office support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Participate in required training and attend staff development days.

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in an office-based administration role is preferred.
GCSE Math's and English Language at grade C or above.
Proficient in using multiple systems.
Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively.
Ability to commute to Reigate.
