An excellent opportunity for a Sub Agent to support the delivery of civils projects including highways, roads, drainage, and flood defence schemes. You'll help manage site teams, sub-contractors, and project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Support the Site Agent/Project Manager with site delivery and management of smaller contracts

*

Manage site operatives, staff, and sub-contractors

*

Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and project management plans

*

Monitor costs, budgets, and work programmes

*

Manage design coordination and sub-contractor engagement

*

Maintain strong client relationships and local stakeholder engagement

Essential

*

Civils experience on highways, roads, drainage, or flood defence projects

*

Knowledge of NEC contracts and main contractor environment

*

Relevant industry qualification (SMSTS or equivalent)

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region

*

First Aid at Work qualification (desirable)

*

Right to work in the UK
