Our client based in Great Gransden is looking for a Temporary Accounts Admin to join their team.
You will be supporting the Accounts Department with day to day Admin tasks. Accounts experience is not essential.
Helping with retrieving data for audit. - Pulling out purchase invoices and delivery notes from archive folder and scanning.
Archiving sales invoices
Checking sales invoices for costing & closing sales orders
Raising sale invoices
Filing- clearing prior year folders and shredding
Checking HMRC C81 forms for Invoices
The role will be for a 4 week period with the possibility of this carrying on longer.
The hours are from 9am-5pm from Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am-4pm.
