Service Administrator
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Free Parking)
Salary: £23,000 PA + Bonuses
Contract: Full time Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm Permanent

Due to continued expansion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our busy, professional, head office team based in Ringwood.
This is an exciting, challenging and varied role co-ordinating our field-based staff and liaising with clients.
Responsibilities of the Administrator role:
* Manage service calls, liaise with technicians and customers
* Process calls when complete and raise necessary invoices
* Provide administrative support to Senior Service Control Members and Senior Management
* Possess good spoken and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Mature, confident, pro-active organised and professional attitude
* Good team player and ability to multi-task
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Liaison with both Engineers and Customers
Please note: These duties are not exhaustive, this is an extremely varied role - additional duties, responsibilities and projects may also be required.
The ideal candidate:
* Have a confident telephone manner, developed through experience
* Must be confident in all packages within Microsoft Office
* The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
* A comprehensive grasp on the English Language both written and spoken
* A keen eye for detail with a pride taken in works completed
* The ability to work to set procedures and follow instructions
* Enthusiastic, positive, personable with a desire to learn and excel in the position
* Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure
