Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Rugeley.

As a Teaching Assistant at this special educational needs school catering to students aged 5 to 19 with autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties, you will play a vital role in supporting their educational journey. Your role will involve working closely with students on an individual basis and in small groups, providing tailored support to ensure each student receives the attention and assistance they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate for this full-time position starting ASAP will have previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs. Your flexible and adaptable approach will enable you to foster a supportive learning environment that promotes emotional stability and respects the unique needs of students with autism.
