Job Duties:

Lead and manage the accounts payable team
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Oversee reconciliation of vendor accounts
Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
Resolve escalated issues and discrepancies
Provide training and guidance to team members
Generate reports and analysis related to accounts payable

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of VAT regulations and tax laws
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to analyse data and identify trends
Strong problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Office-based role
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Occasional overtime may be required
