Job Summary:

We are looking for an Office Manager who is multi-talented and is willing to accept a role with diverse responsibilities and adapts to changing environment. Our ideal candidate has experience with managing an office. We value integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment for our employees and to support the business with efficiency.

Office Management

  • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative and office activities
  • Work with management to ensure that all sales are entered correctly on a timely basis and that all accounts receivable and accounts payable are accurate and current
  • Manage the Company's IT requirements including ensuring that hardware and software are current and functioning properly, procurement, outside vendor selection and management and oversight of all service calls.
  • Negotiate and maintain all of the Company's lines of insurance including general liability, products liability, workers compensation and errors and omissions.
  • Handle all general inquiries not related to a specific department and complete all required Company filings, notices, applications, third-party audits, etc.
  • Ensure that the office is maintained on a timely basis and in a professional manner. This included keeping inventory of all front office stock including office supplies.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in office management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and outside parties.
  • Ability to work discreetly and to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
  • Driven towards success, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
  • Proficient with MS Windows and Office including Excel and Word.
  • A working knowledge of office processes and procedures.
  • The ability to represent the Company with integrity, ethics and the highest level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
