Software Implementation Consultant - Data Migration
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Salary: 45- 50k per annum

In this role, you'll lead software implementation projects with a focus on data migration, system configuration, and delivering tailored solutions to clients in the cultural sector.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for managing and executing the full lifecycle of implementation projects. This includes analysing customer data, performing migrations from legacy systems, configuring web-based applications, and ensuring smooth software rollouts. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead data migration activities: data mapping, transformation, and import
Configure and deliver software tailored to customer needs
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams on timelines and deliverables
Provide clear, ongoing communication to clients throughout projects
Support clients post-deployment to ensure high satisfaction

What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience in project delivery, data management, or software implementation
Strong understanding of software and configuration processes
Hands-on experience or exposure to data migration tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Confident communication in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and within a team

Desirable Skills:

Technical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, XML, IIS, C#
Experience with Agile project methodologies
