Production Operative

Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Deeside for a Production Operative to support their busy PCB manufacturing facility.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in the manufacture and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Operating production equipment and machinery with accuracy and care

Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished boards

Soldering, wiring, and handling delicate electronic parts (training provided if required)

Maintaining accurate production records and completing dispatch paperwork

Keeping work areas organised, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety standards

Working as part of a skilled team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in electronics, PCB, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential - full training provided)

Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Accuracy when completing paperwork and system entries
