We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver on a temporary to permanent basis to join our team based at our Preston depot, covering local deliveries.

• £13.65ph
• Min 9 hours
• £50 per week bonus
• Overtime paid after 50 hours
• 20 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays
• Saturday mornings required on a rota basis (1 in 10)
  • Paid at overtime rates

• Depot location: Preston
• Typical delivery area: FY postcode
• Local, planned Class 2 deliveries
• Full training provided#
• Immediate start required

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Safe and compliant operation of a Class 2 vehicle
• Completing deliveries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring loads are checked, secure, and delivered safely
• Completing all required paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Adhering to driver hours, tachograph, and road transport legislation

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Minimum of 2 years Class 2 driving experience
• Over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Good knowledge of UK road transport regulations
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
