Salary: £27,000-£30,000 + excellent benefits

Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Location: Due to location, candidates will need to have access to their own vehicle. Free parking on site.

We're seeking an IT Administrator to provide first‑line support, maintain core IT systems, and assist with a range of improvement projects for our client in Pencoed.

What you'll be doing:

Provide first‑line / desktop support end users across the organisation.
Perform routine IT maintenance.
Maintain helpdesk tickets and report weekly KPIs to the Head of IT.
Support cybersecurity processes including patching, backups, and antivirus.
Assist with and drive IT projects and initiatives.Skills & Experience Required:

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and 365 admin tools (Entra, Intune, Exchange, MDM).
Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, iOS/Android.
Understanding and experience of networks, firewalls, switches, and patch panels.
Hardware/software maintenance experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
HND / degree in IT or related field is preferred
