We're hiring Warehouse Operatives to work on a 4 days on, 4 days off rota with 12-hour shifts in Park Royal area. Flexibility is essential as this role includes working weekends on a rotating schedule.
Shift Hours:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Pay Rates:
- Morning Shift: £13.00 per hour
- Night Shift: £13.50 per hour
Become a trained operator and earn an additional £0.50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities for Warehouse Operatives:
Accurately pick pharmaceutical products and materials according to orders and batch numbers
Pack items securely and neatly to meet quality and safety standards
Inspect products for damage, expiry dates, and correct labelling before packing
Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items using scanning or inventory systems
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially regarding pharmaceutical handling
Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
Assist with stock replenishment and stock rotation to maintain inventory accuracy
Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply issues promptly to supervisors
Support the team with other warehouse tasks as required to meet daily production targets
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality standards
Requirements needed for Warehouse Operatives:
Full flexibility to work mornings, nights, and weekends based on the 4/4 rota system
Reliability and commitment to shift work
