Fulfilment Supervisor - Location: Fulfilment Centre
- Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Includes Saturday (8:30 am – 2:30 pm) and weekdays (9:00 am – 5:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm)
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fulfilment Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about teamwork, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Day-to-day of the role: - Lead and support a team of Fulfilment Assistants, ensuring targets are met and providing necessary training and support.
- Manage performance reviews, disciplinary matters, and absence management in collaboration with the People Team.
- Oversee the accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Utilise the ERP system to process orders, with training provided.
- Assist in the smooth running of all fulfilment operations, addressing and escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with courier services for timely collections and deliveries.
- Implement opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Who you are: - Experienced in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally within a fulfilment or warehouse setting.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Confident in using digital systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
