Children's Residential Team Leader - Leyland, Lancashire
Salary: £29,600 - £35,000 + Bonus + Sleep-in Allowance
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Our client provides therapeutic, family-style homes for children aged 7-18 with complex needs, including Autism, SEBD, and other challenges. They focus on nurturing, safe, and supportive environments that help children thrive.

Our client is looking for a passionate Team Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a team of childcare staff, and deliver high-quality care. This role offers progression to Deputy Manager within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support a team of residential staff

* Implement and monitor individual care plans

* Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance

* Promote children's well-being and development

* Act as a role model for staff and children

Requirements:

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care / Children & Young People Services (or equivalent)

* Minimum 2 years as a Residential Support Worker

* Minimum 2 years' team leadership experience

* Strong communication and IT skills

* Compassionate, adaptable, and professional

* Full UK driving licence (manual)
