Planner - Construction & Fit-Out Projects (Liverpool-Based)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Planner to join a growing team delivering Commercial, Retail, and Mixed-use developments across the North West

This role is based in Liverpool, and you'll be involved in projects ranging from retail fit-outs and hospitality refurbishments to larger regeneration schemes and mixed-use developments

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes using tools like Asta Powerproject or MS Project
• Working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, and site teams to ensure programmes are realistic and achievable
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies
• Supporting tender submissions and client reporting with clear, well-structured programme data
• Supporting the commercial teams, to ensure that programming is sequenced with contractural and project costs
• Liaising and supporting site teams to ensure up-to-date site planning and programming project works

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a planning role within construction, fit-out, or property development
• Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and programme risk management
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
• Experience of working with a Main Contractor
