£18.00 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6) Paid Breaks 36 hours Days only Elderly and Dementia Care Good CQC Rating A privately owned nursing home in Birmingham currently has a vacancy for an RGN or RMN qualified Nurse to join their clinical team as Deputy Manager. This fully CQC compliant care home provides first class nursing care to elderly residents, supporting those with dementia and physical disabilities. Details of this Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN vacancy and what the home is offering:
• 36 hours per week on a permanent contract
• Days only
• Great hourly rate of £18.00 plus paid breaks
• A fantastic working environment in a fully CQC compliant care home As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions. What our client is looking for in a Deputy Nurse Manager:
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• NMC registered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring and compassionate nature and a passion for providing high quality care
