Early Years Teaching Assistant - Primary - Hammersmith & Fulham

Daily Rate: £90-£105
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

An established and welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a motivated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support their Nursery or Reception provision this September.

This is a fantastic role for those who are Level 2/3 qualified in Childcare/EYFS and are looking to step into a primary school setting. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to support pupils with their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting early learning and play-based activities in Nursery or Reception

* Delivering early phonics, numeracy, and communication interventions

* Creating a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment

* Helping to monitor pupil progress and feeding back to teachers

* Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

Requirements:

* Prior EYFS or nursery experience essential

* Ideally Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

* Strong teamwork, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children

* Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS framework desirable
