Recognised plumber/industry qualifications including NVQ Plumbing and Heating would be beneficial

Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate

As a commercial plumber/mechanical engineer you will have experience of covering maintenance plumbing contracts - domestic/commercial

JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Maintenance Plumber / mechancial engineer

As a commercial maintenance plumber /mechanical engineer you would be based from home - working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, plantroom maintenance and repair of plumbing systems. You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules, leak detection, changing of pipes, pumps, valves, repair and replacement of taps, toilets and other general plumbing maintenance tasks

The opportunity to complete gas qualifications will be made available should the successful candidate wish to do them. Our client is a forward thinking business, keen to invest and develop its staff where ever possible
