Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their Facilities Management team.

The Role

Working as a Mobile Engineer within a defined area, you will carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works across domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.

This is a varied, customer-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and all relevant health & safety documentation

Comply with client-specific processes and procedures

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in line with SLA attendance and completion targets

Undertake minor new works and project installations

Maintain clear, accurate records of completed works and recommendations for further action

Apply good building services knowledge and undertake additional multi-skilled tasks where appropriate

Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota as required

Maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors

Fulfil legal duties regarding personal and workplace health & safety

About You

Essential Requirements

Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services qualification (or equivalent)

18th Edition IEE Regulations

Full UK driving licence

Strong organisational skills with a positive, professional outlook

Confident using PDA devices, CAFM systems, and email

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach
