We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable Employee Relations Advisor to join our client on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy HR function, requiring someone who can confidently manage a variety of ER casework from day one.

• Managing a range of Employee Relations cases
• Absence management including reviews and return-to-work processes
• Supporting and leading on disciplinaries and grievances
• Providing clear, consistent advice to managers in line with policy and employment law
• Working proactively to resolve issues and support positive working relationships

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong ER advisory experience
• Proven ability to manage cases end-to-end
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to start immediately
