Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering high-quality projects and creating exceptional customer experiences?

We are currently looking to recruit for an established manufacturer who has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery within a fast-paced environment.

The company manufactures bespoke designed electro-mechanical special purpose display systems used by major companies around the world.

We are looking for you to lead cross-functional teams, build strong customer relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Within this role you will be;

  • Leading projects from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Creating and managing project scopes, plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and providing clear, consistent project updates.
  • Monitoring progress using tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Managing budgets, tracking costs, and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Resolving issues proactively to maintain smooth project delivery.

For this role we are looking for the successful candidate to have;

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them pragmatically
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams
  • High attention to detail with strong accountability and ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering successful outcomes
