Parna Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function within a growing organisation. This role oversees the entire employee lifecycle, shapes workplace culture, and partners closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance.
Key Duties:- Managing day to day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
- Leading employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Supporting leaders with HR strategy, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Leading and developing HR team members.
What we are looking for:- Strong experience across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident handling performance, conflict resolution, and sensitive ER matters.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using HR systems and managing HR processes end-to-end.
- Previous experience in an HR management role is essential.
- CIPD 5 or 7 / relevant HR qualification
