We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of commercial and residential electrical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6-24 months' QS experience who wants to develop a long-term career in the electrical and construction sector.

Main Duties

Assist in preparing valuations and cost reports for projects
Monitor budgets and project expenditure
Support tender preparation and review subcontractor quotations
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project managers
Contribute to final account preparations and settlements

Skills and Knowledge

6-24 months' experience as an Assistant QS, Junior QS, or similar role
Experience within electrical, construction, or related industries preferred
Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
Confident communicator, able to work well with different stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Eagerness to learn and progress in a quantity surveying career
