We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced sales office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied administrative role, supporting both customers and internal teams. This is a position which offers the chance to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Input customer orders using bespoke industry software
Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements
Liaise with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service
Coordinate with internal departments including production and transport
Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems
Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Prepare documents, reports, and general correspondence
Support the team in improving administrative processes and office efficiency 

What We're Looking For

Experience in previous Sales environment
Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn
