WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – TAMWORTH, WEST MIDLANDS

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Tamworth, West Midlands.

Shifts
• Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)
• 09:00 – 18:00

Day-to-Day Duties
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
• Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely
• Using handheld scanners and other equipment where required
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Essential Skills
• A basic level of English (spoken and written)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude

Desirable Experience
• Previous warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided)
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar equipment

Training Provided
• Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout
